MIM #249: Make It With Money

What a fun challenge.  I have this little Geisha girl and I thought of using her fan as a money folding fan.. well that's too large a bill and too small of a fan.. so I tried her parasol.. it came out ok though I'm not sure any one could use the money now  :l   I fussy cut out her head and used foam to pop it on.  I also used a match stick to embellish the handle.. Fun, I'm including the original image so you can follow where my brain meandered.. (Good luck on that part..)  Of course this will go to MIM for the money challenge.. also to Seize the Birthday.

  1. this is so cute and creative! i think the only way money is unusable is if it's torn beyond recognition, lol!! but did you know that you can simply rinse the folds out and pat it down to dry? i figured that out after all of my folding and testing!! thanks so much for playing make it monday!
