FMS #243, Butterflies and watercolor what a full plate

This is a fun challenge for me.  I usually don't have a card that matches other challenges but this card is good for four. WOW.  I have been gone for a couple of weeks, we went to Yellowstone and had a wonderful time. If you want you can scroll down and check out some of the photos.  I also was inspired by Seize the Birthday and Serendipity challenges to watercolor and include butterflies so after I got home I watercolored this picture below.. hope you enjoy it.

I'm playing along with Freshly Made Sketches, Serendipity and Seize the Birthday and Send a Smile 4 Kids.
A few Yellowstone pictures, as I get them developed I'll include a few more.. it was a great trip.
So many animals to see and babies galore..

Very pretty but a bit daunting.. it is an active volcano.. yikes

Mamma bear.. she went up the tree and told her babies to come out of hiding and down came two little guys.. how sweet..
Here I am mama.. but its very high ..
Thanks for stopping by.  Susan

  1. Wowzer! I really am stunned by these cards. I have been looking for a butterfly die that is different and I think this is the one. Can you tell me what it is called? Excellent cards. Thanks for playing along with us at Seize the Birthday!

  11. Two gorgeous cards that have me swooning! You've showcased the floral butterfly beautifully in your first card, and the water-colouring in your second: WOW! In awe! Your trip photos are amazing...nature really is remarkable isn't it (although I admit: I'm terrified of bears!). Thrilled to see you in the Serendipity gallery!
